A lovely piece of raku ceramic for this decorative fish. Entirely handmade, its raku is finely crackled. A decoration to place wherever you like.
Fish in raku ceramics, in white and turquoise glazed grog stoneware, glossy and smoky for the black parts.
The cracks and matte black color are achieved by raku firing, an ancient Japanese technique dating back to the 15th century and used for tea ceremonial (see details in the “ABOUT US” tab).
All my pieces are handmade in France, with love, in my ceramic workshop “Le raku de Sylvie” located in the Pyrénées Atlantiques between Pau and Tarbes, facing our beautiful Pyrenean mountains.
If out of stock, orders can be placed within 30 days. We look forward to hearing from you! Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
