A one-off piece for this original lamp in raku ceramic, glazed in brilliant blue/green chamotte stoneware with smoky black parts. Bulb (included) provides a soft, relaxing ambient light. An imposing lamp with a diameter of 40 cm and a weight of around 6.5 kg, giving it good stability. Its cover, hidden in the decor, allows access to the bulb.

The cracks and matte-black color are obtained by raku firing, an ancient Japanese technique dating back to the 15th century, which the Japanese used for tea ceremonies (see details in the "ABOUT US" tab).
All my pieces are handmade in France, lovingly handcrafted in my ceramic workshop "Le raku de Sylvie", located in the Pyrénées Atlantiques between Pau and Tarbes, facing the beautiful Pyrenees mountains, my little corner of paradise.
